That’s why our pediatric orthopaedic specialists at Kentucky Children’s Hospital and Shriners Hospitals for Children Medical Center – Lexington partner with the region’s largest certified athletic training staff at UK Sports Medicine. The trainers work with the majority of high schools in the region and provide services to numerous team clubs, tournaments and the Kentucky High School Athletics Association (KHSAA). The UK HealthCare early morning Sports Medicine Walk-in Clinic offers walk-in care urgent care for athletes who have recently experienced a sports injury.
