Flow Cytometry and Immune Monitoring Shared Resource Facility

FCIM SRF Overview

The overall mission of the Flow Cytometry and Immune Monitoring Shared Resource Facility (FCIM SRF) is to provide technical and scientific support for MCC investigators whose research programs require flow cytometric cell analysis and/or sorting or other immune-based cell assays. FCIM provides access to a team of expert immunologists and state of art instruments to aid pre-clinical, translational, and clinical research activities at the Markey Cancer Center. The FCIM team comprises experts in flow cytometry, tumor immunology, immunotherapy, vaccine biology, inflammation, and immune biomarker discovery,. We provide both fee-based services and scientific collaboration for research requiring immunology expertise for both human or animal studies.
