Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Walk-in Care

UK HealthCare Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine now offers three walk-in clinic options.

Sports Medicine Walk-in Clinic
UK HealthCare - Turfland
2195 Harrodsburg Road
Lexington, KY 40504

7 – 8 a.m., Mon – Fri.

We treat sprains, strains, breaks and other unexpected injuries in patients 8 years and older, and sports-related concussions in patients 12 years and older. While your injury may not call for a trip to the emergency room, it may require the expertise of a sports medicine specialist.

Thanks to our early morning Walk-in Clinic, staffed by our Sports Medicine experts, receiving treatment for an injury is easy. Walk in, see a provider, receive a diagnosis and get treated — all in one location.

If you already have X-rays or other information about your injury from a trainer or another care provider, please bring that with you to the Walk-in Clinic.

The UK Sports Medicine early morning Walk-in Clinic offers care for:

  • Broken bones
  • Muscle sprains and strains
  • Ligament tears
  • Other sports injuries

Imaging, casting and bracing is available at the Walk-in Clinic.
