Dr. Roberts was my family physician before she switched to sports medicine. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had and I was thrilled to have her treat me. She always listens to me and explains my condition well.

The wait was just too long for a 10 min visit. She was nice and her crew that was with her was nice but we got no apology or reason for the 90 min wait

I would make sure to specify that while the doctor was/is excellent, the wait time is long and the nurses do not care.

I was first seen by Walker Terhune, an athletic trainer. He was superb. I appreciate his discussion of my X-ray findings and of his assessment of my problem. Dr. Kathleen Roberts was excellent. She indicated I could see her for any follow-up, if desired. I will absolutely do so. I've also already recommended her to a family member who has an orthopedic injury. Dr. Roberts educated me about my condition, gave me home exercises since I cannot have PT right now, and she addressed my pain. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Roberts and Walker Terhune.

I had a fracture that I found out about in MyChart-none of the physicians I saw Friday told me this. I asked about a brace and the clinical assistant told me that I would be given one at a later date and I was not given crutches.

I appreciate the time Dr. Roberts took with me during my visit. She provided me with information and explanations about the condition of my knee that helped me understand why I'm in the pain I'm currently experiencing. Up to this point, age was cited as the culprit, which was less than helpful in trying to figure out how to mitigate the pain. It also didn't give me an explanation of what is likely going on inside my knee due to the various factors and how those things are likely contributing to my deteriorating quad. So I appreciate that she listened to my athletics journey, the origins of the initial injury, and then explained how what I articulated comes through in the x-ray as well as my symptoms. So that was very, very helpful and I will be following her recommendations to the letter.

Dr. Roberts is likely very knowledgeable about breaks/tears but not about tendinitis. No treatment was prescribed, no follow up, etc other than rest it and check position of keyboard at work. My injury stemmed from the gym and a workout that aggravated a child hood injury. I've not had an issue with it in over 50 years as an athlete. I would have liked to hear if PT could help after rest, etc or what options are available for office set up to not further aggravate it. Could ultrasonic therapy help? The xray showed a slight sublixation In the elbow. That made sense since It felt like I had put it out during the initial injury but It had mostly gone back In place. It still hurts and I cannot lift much with that arm, play golf, play pickleball, etc. I can swim laps and bike but not much else because it still hurts. No brace was recommended or treatment beyond rest plus check my computer set up at work. Quite frankly, I felt she was ageist in not recommending much as if I didn't count as an older athlete. I still compete and certainly don't want a long term injury at this point in my life.

Not impressed with the care provider, demonstrated a poor lack of knowledge in regards to the injury, she did NOT provide any valuable feedback, luckily I am a therapist in the hospital and am very familiar with hand injuries, I basically treated myself, however the concern lies with the general population who have no medical knowledge whatsoever

Walker (I assume a PA) saw me first. He was very thorough and manipulated my knee gently to assess the injury. He informed Dr. Roberts about what he observed which helped her immensely. This system from top to bottom is efficient and patient friendly.
