Group classes
Yoga
- Tuesday, 9 – 10 a.m. and 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
- Wednesday, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. and 5 – 6:15 p.m.
- Thursday, 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
These classes are held in the Integrative Medicine and Health Multi-Purpose room on the 3rd floor of the Whitney -Hendrickson Building. All classes are free of charge and no registration is required.
Tai Chi/Qi Gong
- Wednesdays – basic instruction at 1 p.m.; advanced instruction at 2 p.m.
- All classes are virtual.

Art Therapy Workshops for Cancer Survivors

Feb. 28 (2 – 3:30 p.m.) – Loving Kindness Meditation Art
Participants channel love and kindness into vibrant colors, fostering emotional healing and strengthening their connection to themselves and the world, supporting growth. -
March 28 (2 – 3:30 p.m.) – Art Therapy for Your Brain: Bilateral Drawing and Neurographic Art
Art therapy using bilateral drawing and neurographic art supports healing, reduces anxiety and boosts resilience by engaging both brain hemispheres. The workshop will focus on visualizing your cancer journey as part of the healing process. -
April 25 (2 – 3:30 p.m.) – Healing Light Guided Meditation Art
Art therapy with healing light meditation combines creative expression and soothing light visualization to promote relaxation, release tension, and enhance self-awareness and healing. -
May 30 (2 – 3:30 p.m.) – Beauty in the Mess: Shaving Cream Art, A Kinetic Experience
Creating art with liquid watercolor on shaving cream symbolizes the cancer journey, showing how challenges can transform into something vibrant and meaningful. It reminds us that even in struggle, beauty and hope can emerge through resilience and creativity.
Classes will be held in the Integrative Medicine and Health Multi-Purpose Room on the 3rd floor of the Whitney-Hendrickson Building.
