    Dr Vish listened VERY THOUGHTFULLY, took a comprehensive history, did a thorough neurophysical exam, reviewed my MRI with us in detail explaining clearly how it is correlated with my puzzling symptoms. Then he kindly discussed a common sense treatment plan and follow up goals
