Personal Statement
I grew up in a family of doctors, care and empathy came naturally. There is a unique satisfaction derived in treating and helping someone through a medical condition in a way that transforms their life. This was my motivation in pursuing Metabolic (Weight- Loss) Surgery as a career path. I try and bundle evidence based and advanced clinical care along with empathy in an effort to make what is otherwise an emotionally and psychologically challenging process, less onerous.
Outside of work, my wife and I along with our daughter and small dog, love to travel and spend time outdoors. I used to play competitive soccer and still enjoy a wide variety of sports.
