Multiple times she said oh but you didn't say you had symptom and I had to say yes I did and explain it. She did not listen to our conversation and instead was digging through my EMR for an unrelated encounter over 3 years ago and tried to say I was having the same symptoms. I expressed concern over the medications she wanted to prescribe, but still put up a fight with me. I left the appointment feeling completely unheard and ignored.

After explaining that I had previously had covid a month ago so this sickness was probably not covid, the doctor spent at least 3 minutes trying to pressure me into a covid test which was not necessary or wanted. She did not listen to me as the patient. She then informed me that actually the test tests for the flu AND covid which I guess she did not know.

When she got into the room she appeared very rushed and upset (her tone with me was very angry). At the beginning of the conversation I felt attacked. She was mentioning things that I have told her that she eventually found in my reports from my visits but claimed at first that I never said anything of the sort. Once I was able to be like I understand multiple times she calmed down but she was definitely upset and I felt attacked at the beginning.

She was dismissive of my symptoms. Made very passive aggressive comments towards me regarding what I said I was experiencing.

I was told I tested negative for strep, but MyChart test results showed positive results. I still got the correct treatment but it was contradicting

Came off sort of rude and seemed to be in a rush to get me out fast. Which I did like it was a fast appointment but I did question if I should have even came at the beginning

I felt rushed the entire time I was in the room with the doctor. I didn't feel like my full issue was expressed and understood. Cut me off mid sentence many times and was incorrect with how she finished the sentence. The most frustrating and concerning comment I was told was Yeah sometimes doctors tell their patients a random diagnosis when they don't know what's going on to make their patient feel better. I'm doing that with you. and kind of laughed after saying that. I was very frustrated with that and confused how a doctor I was seeing for concerning chest pain could tell me that. She prescribed me a medicine she claimed May help given I'm not sure what's happening with you. Telling a doctor I have shooting pain near my heart in my chest and having her cut me off and not making me feel like she understood what I was saying was very uncomfortable. I was given a prescription I was not familiar with (a progressive pack) and when I asked questions about it, she said it explains all on the packaging when It didn't, was also frustrating. Spent a whole 8 minutes In the room for a situation that felt serious and now unresolved.

My doctor was literally fantastic. She walked me through all of my symptoms and what they might mean, and took in my concerns as well.
