We have had many visits to UK pediatrics specialty and have had great experience. However, this time our visit felt cold and uninformed.

The provider told our daughter to basically just live with her symptoms and very restrictive diet. Follow up in 6 months with no additional plan of care.

The provider is completely thorough and covers everything and I just love her. I would recommend her for anyone for a pediatric gastrologist.

More time was spent lecturing me about the need to let my baby cry it out than even trying to figure out why he stomach is so uncomfortable

This was our first appointment in person. She was nice however, I felt that our concerns wasn't took seriously enough and we are still concerned about my sons G.I. Issues.

We feel that a plan of care had been set for our daughter prior to even meeting us and listening to our concerns. Reviewing medical records prior to our visit is expected, but dictating a plan of care prior to meeting the patient narrows the scope of the plan of care. We plan to continue care with UK GI, overall the visit was good, but hopefully our concerns will be taken into account more frequently at our next visit.
