    Extremely good initial eval, Dr Jonas is great clinically and in communication. We could have used about 15 minutes more time as I have a complex history and presented with several aspects of concern. Dr Jonas spent the time needed and was good at keeping the visit complete yet timely as possible.

      Dr. Jonas was very thorough. She showed sincere concern about my issue. She answered questions and explained everything well and made me comfortable for the exam. If I or anyone in my family needs ENT care in the future I would request her and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs ENT care.

      Rachel Jonas came across as arrogant and egotistical. At one point she stated I should see my PCP for this issue. The issue was referred for.! The resident was excellent but Rachel is a bad role model for him.
