Just needs to slow down when discussing evaluation results. Use simple English to explain the medical vocabulary. Please give processing time for me the patient to hear what you have said. I need time to think it through and be sure I understand before moving on.

Dr. Tibbs was very knowledgeable, caring and, compassionate. I was very nervous and scared. Seeing a Neurosurgeon will do that to you. He went over my imaging with me and discussed other treatments/tests that I may need. Overall he really cared about me. I know he will do everything he needs to figure out a patients problem.

Jill and Dr. Tibbs were fantastic. They were both very nice and really listened to me. Dr.Tibbs was very bubbly and put me at ease. He understood I was nervous about surgery and gave me the option of trying alternatives first.

Dr Tibbs had no interest in what I was trying to explain to him and cut me off every time I tried to explain my symptoms
