Dr. Nikita Gupta treats general ear, nose, and throat problems and also focuses on facial plastic reconstructive surgery and cosmetic procedures. She provides reconstruction for patients with skin cancer, facial nerve paralysis, nasal obstruction, and deformities due to trauma.

Along with seeing patients in Lexington in the Department of Otolaryngology and the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery, Dr. Gupta will also be seeing patients at an outreach clinic in Morehead at Morehead ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery Clinic.

    The Doctor told me that I did not have a broken nose despite the ER diagnosis of a broken nose, the CT scan report and photos of a broken nose and refused to discuss any treatment options. Then the doctor did a follow up summary that acknowledged my broken nose but.said I elected not to have treatment - but a Closed Reduction recommended by the ER doctor was exactly why I set up the appointment- so I WAS seeking surgery but this doctor didn't know that because she said my nose wasn't broken -hence, the discussion never occurred.

    I needed to consult an ENT because of an injury to my nose, resulting in a deviated septum/possible fracture. I was referred to UK Aesthetics, where I was treated as if I was there for cosmetic reasons. It wasn't until midway through our consultation, that the provider realized that I was there because of injury.

      It took 3 months to get in to see the the dr. and it took her 5 minutes to send me across town to see another dr. I don't understand why I was even sent to your facility. I'm from Russell Springs and 80 years old and don't know anything about Lexington.
