Love this place and the entire team. The young lady at check out needs to be a little more friendly and proactive asking are you ready to check out. I had to approach her and initiate the conversation. This doesn't bother me at all, but when there's an older person who really doesn't know what to do or that they should ask I think it could present problems of confusion for them. Once I initiated conversation, she was very good on getting me scheduled and getting the information I needed. It's just the initial approach that needs a little work and then I think she's got it.

This was the first doctor that has ever made me feel heard. I had seen three cardiologists before her, who all told me that my symptoms were just in my head. She listened to me, was able to tell me what was wrong, and developed a treatment plan to help me. I left feeling like someone finally cared about me and my concerns.

Didn't get the answers I hoped for. Had to schedule more tests for the end of this month. #4. Not really discussed, but X-ray should not why the test was needed. No _____.

Wasn't really concerned with my concerns. Didn't seem to have time for us. Fortunately only have to see on an annual basis now.

Highly disappointed by Dr. Haque's dismissal of the poor imaging taken during my echocardiogram. She defended and praised the tech, when I asked why the quality of my images were poor. I made no accusations, but then she went on to explain. It's harder to get an image on people with a high BMI and a large chest. My first meeting with her was in office so she saw my weight, she saw me in person and still scheduled a procedure that she knew would probably have poor results. So I waited since April and lost time off work and have to pay 20% coinsurance for inconclusive test results. She recommended I get bloodwork, but I'm going to ask my primary care physician for a recommendation to a different cardiologist.

Very caring, and listened to me. Took my symptoms seriously - have been dismissed or ignored by other providers, they told me nothing is wrong with you.

Worst patient care I have ever experienced. She spent all of 5 min with me. Took no time to listen to any thing I said, cause she was to busy talking over me. She was very rude.

Dr Haque was unwilling to answer any questions, seemed to lack information about me that both the Resident and Nurse knew and was very adversarial in her demeanor towards me Seemed to be In a hurry to leave and had to stop her from leaving several times. Would not recommend to anyone

I can't say enough good things about Dr.Haque! I haven't been able to function for 7 months and haven't found a doctor that knows how to even attempt to treat my POTS. I feel she went above and beyond today to make sure I got the care I needed and a treatment plan pit in place. I've never seen a doctor so dedicated to helping a patient. She made calls to get me registered for the POTS covid trial. I left the office with a treatment plan and a complete understanding of exactly what I needed to do. Before seeing Dr. Haque I really had no hope of any improvement and now I feel hopeful. I actually have already mentioned her to other POTS patients who are struggling to find a doctor in Kentucky. It's very hard to find a doctor in Kentucky to treat those of us with more complicated cases of POTS. I've been referred to Vanderbilt by 3 doctors but Vanderbilt doesn't take my insurance so it's not an option for me so I was really excited to see that UK had Dr. Haque who saw POTS patients.
