Excelente (Excellent)

Dr Abu (Abou) Jaoude is great, very personable, good clinically, but she's not 4 hours of my time wasted good. Her colleague, who never even introduced himself beyond asking I if I'm ok with him giving me a shot in my eye, needs some help understanding he's not God's gift to Opthalmology. He's there for me; I'm not there for him and that's a lesson he needed to learn years ago.

The doctor explained all the procedures and what the goal is and cons to the treatment we are hoping to do.

Very pleased with her

I feel like I have been slipped through a crack - in limbo. What began as an easy routine cataract surge has become very difficult to recover any assemblance of normal life since Aug 3rd.

The resident and Dr. Abou-Jaoude both thoroughly examined my eye. Both described their observations and conducted additional tests. I felt they genuinely cared about me as a person/patient and were doing all they could to accurately access the condition of my eye.

The issue found with my eye was thoroughly explained incl. future care and potential problems. The exam was extremely thorough by the intern and physician. I appreciated their decision to conduct additional tests to be sure of the diagnosis.

Dr. Abou-Jaoude did an excellent job of including me as parent and my 18 year old on as the patient. She worked to draw my quiet son's questions/thoughts/concerns from him. I was HIGHLY impressed and blessed by her.

Dr. Abou-Jaoude is wonderful. She is so pleasant, listens to me, explains everything great.

You can't beat Dr. Michelle when it comes to explaining everything. Very professional and breaks it down on the level let you understand.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Abou and I will say I'm very particular with my providers, I typically only see Dr Claire Fraser, however Dr Abou Is hands down one of choices now as well. Between them two Dr's I know I'm takin care of, told the truth, and that they'll go to the ends of the earth to make sure I understand what I'm being told I can not say enough good about these two providers. When It comes to vision they are my saving graces and I am blessed to have them
