Both Dr. Parrot and assistant were great in explanation of the procedure.

Took extra care exam me and concurred with what my thinking was about expected treatment for that day and received another cortisone shot instead. As always talked me and student through where he placed while watching it on the monitor help.

I told him I had life changing events that I had in the last 1 1/2 years, almost died, put in nursing home, lost my wife, he was very reassuring and I'm going to try to transition out to facility for folks group with disabilities. He told me he would remain my dr. and be there for me. What a asset he is to the staff of UK doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Parrott and staff to anybody - 5 star experience.

Dr. Parrott listens to the patient. That's why I switched from a different practice to UK Dept. Dr. S_____ is also able to listen and explain.

Helped me think things through and gave me time to consider the options. Didn't try to rush me. Walked me out asked me to PLEASE call back if further concerns. Excellent to know someone at this level is so concerned

Dr. was going to give me a shot in hip and explained why I shouldn't get a shot in my knee. He showed great concern about my knee pain and told me all the alternatives.

As I stated before I was not satisfied or pleased with the way the my problem was discussed or handled. I felt as if though I was being swept away from what was causing my pain. I understand that if it wasn't my hip and could be my back but I just felt like the treatment that I got there wasn't handled as properly as he could have been.
