She explained the reason I had to come in for fit test but then went off topic talking about weight training and pulling up images of a 87 year old bodybuilder I see why she was running behind schedule

Dr. Melinda Carol was highly energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about her level of care. She explained the exposure possibility to a very detailed level, fully answered all my questions and concerns to the point that she sat down and conversed extensively with me, and she printed out several educational resources for me to take with me to read. In addition, she heard my concerns about certain injections and engaged to answer my concerns, yet did not press me to make any decisions without thinking through the decision. During the entire interaction, Dr. Carol showed no signs of disinterest, irritation, or rush to get me in and out. When the conversation came to a conclusion, she even escorted me to the end of the hallway and wished me well and thanked me for my service to the public (as a police officer). This entire interaction was perhaps the best I have ever had with a physician. Dr. Carol is worthy of your investment and development.

Dr. Carol was obviously very knowledgeable and was very peppy/friendly, but I felt as though she was a bit condescending.

I can literally say this was one of the best provider appointments I have ever had. I was there for evaluation for my respirator fit. The concern revolved around cardiology issues. The provider asked questions, listens and did a thorough exam. She also discussed nutrition and exercise importance. Along with that, we discussed exercise options for my age group. She was very positive and encouraging along with her educating abilities. She has amazing abilities to connect with patients and address their concerns. I truly with she could be my primary provider.
