Dr Arterburn is excellent

I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Dr. Del Chiaro had obviously familiarized herself with my record and discussed options, pros, and cons with me. She listened to my concerns and preferences, and I felt that instead of just being told what to do, we had reached a decision together. I felt noticed and listened to, and I very much appreciated that. I also felt that the choices we came to were the best ones.

Dr. Arterburn was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Main problem is I felt she was limited on time. I felt the exam was rushed. I needed more time with her.

I have seen Dr. Arterburn for the last few years and she is the best!

Dr. Aterburn is amazing. Really listens, caring, kind! I could go on and on.

Open to upping my medication dosage and switching from pills to injections, and answered all my questions about the switch enthusiastically.

I believe we have been there over the same problem 5-6 visits. My daughter still has a rash over a couple of months now.

Some of the proposed treatment involved me laying on to my back with some ab. exercises. Normally that would be fine, but I'm currently pregnant and didn't leave feeling entirely confident that the exercises were appropriate.

I have spinal stenosis and cervical dystonia, both challenging to address. Dr. Arterburn continues to provide therapy and suggestions for exercises and stretches I can do on my own.

Dr. A is a wonderful doctor. Caring, positive, helpful. I feel very blessed that she is my physician.

Emphasis on the explanation! Made me feel like I knew WHY I was there.

If Dr Arterburn started her own practice, I would follow her

The items that were discussed were fine. I still felt this was not an adequate physical and am frustrated as it seems to have been billed as such meaning if I want to get and ACTUAL physical in the next year insurance won't cover to the same degree.I was also not informed at the appointment that is apparently now takes several weeks to receive pap smear results. My past experience with every previous pap (not at UK) has been within a week, usually no more than 3 days, so grew increasingly concerned when I had not received results (via portal or elsewhere) after over a week. When I reached out via the portal was when I was told the expected timeline.

Had a student who handles my care! The attending came in and commented on the fact you seem awfully young to be on medicate! Which I feel was rude and professionally rude and not for her to worry about!

So glad to have her back!!!
