    I told the doctor about my previous ear procedure and she helped me work through some questions I had. I learned more about my procedure and felt like my ear infection would be treated well.

    Dr. Zummer is one the best, if not the best doctor I've ever seen. She was very efficient and prepared, as she had already reviewed my labs and tests, and had a very good idea of why I was there. She discussed all of my concerns with patience and sincerity and gave me a great after visit summary that included everything we talked about.
