    I want to make special note that Dr. M noticed my Vitamin D lab was done incorrectly in July and had been low at previous visits in which I asked my PCP to provide prescription Vit D, and she wrote an over the counter prescription. It has been difficult to get my Vitamin D levels sorted because I have needed prescription formulary and unable to access it despite self advocacy! Dr. M explained why my July urgent care Vitamin D lab was not the right one, and understood why I had previously asked my PCP to provide a Rx for past correct Vit D tests that showed I was low.Also, Dr. M did a fantastic job of teaching me and the medical student about my thyroid nodules! She taught us how they are scored, what causes calcification, and what does and does not require additional monitoring/testing!

      She kept rolling her eyes at me. Each question I asked she seemed annoyed to answer. At one point I asked if I take the meds you suggest will I feel better. Her response was, there's no cure. No suggestions on diet, exercise or natural solutions to help. Very negative experience.

      I was extremely pleased with the care this provider gave me. This was a second opinion visit and I wish this appt. had of occurred first and it would of been enough for me.
