Dr. Hollen took time to review my specific circumstances and to advise how to best to proceed due to my upcoming surgery. He adjusted injections to meet my needs based on fluid in hip and trigger points while holding the steroid due to delayed healing effects which could cause issues with my upcoming procedure. Great physician who is looking out for the patient's best interests!

The resident was kind and explained the procedure to me. She explained what they were looking at and doing throughout the procedure. The attending hardly spoke to me, did not introduce himself when he entered the room, and spoke to the resident mostly and then the resident would explain what they were talking about. At certain points they were discussing other patients(not naming patients but speaking about recent findings on exams/procedures). They decided not to test certain nerves and discussed this amongst themselves but did not include me in that decision or even inform me on their decision, I just overheard it.

Very happy with both doctors I saw. Explained everything well and made a plan for treatment.

My wait time once I had been placed in an exam room was very poor. My visit was slotted to be 40 minutes, but I waited that long or longer before a provider came in. No update on time was given. All in all I was there for approximately two hours. However, my experience with both providers, Resident and Attending, were very good. The Resident spent more time than with me of course, but they both listened into what I had to say and performed their exams. Helpful feedback was given, a plan was set in place for treatment, and a follow-up appt was made.
