About
Dr. Amit Arbune received his medical degree from Mahatma Gandhi Missions Medical College in India. He holds a master's in healthcare administration from the University of Kentucky and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at North East Ohio Medical University – St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Arbune completed his Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University – MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, where he served as chief cardiovascular fellow, and an Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging Fellowship at Yale University – New Haven Medical Center in New Haven, Conn.
His clinical areas of interest include general cardiology, cardiac imaging and advanced cardiovascular imaging, which includes cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging, cardiac stress MRI, cardiac computed tomography, and non-invasive CT-FFR (fractional flow reserve). Having clinical and research experience in the field of cardio-oncology at Yale University, Arbune has a special interest in cardiac care for cancer patients. He also has participated in numerous clinical research projects and presented at many national conferences.
Arbune is board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and the American Society of Echocardiography. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and photography. He is fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi.
