He was business like, did not explain much and briefly answered my questions. Discharge instructions were inconsistent, not clear and contradictory. I amAnxiously awaiting the outcomeOf my laser procedure.

I understood everything my doctor discussed with me. He was caring!

I was informed very quickly that I have an eye disease, that I've never heard of, and there was no explanation about it. Just you have --, I said okay? Nothing else was said, until I asked the name of it as I didn't really understand what he said, there was no change in voice for telling me I had a new disease to add to my list. Didn't make sure to say it loud enough or clear enough for me to hear. That upset me a little. I typed into google what I thought he said and it figured it out for me. I didn't get any paper with info on my new disease or anything. I've been having to research myself and this is stuff that should've been explained to me

Both doctors were excellent

Dr Bansal seemed very competent but did not have a very good attitude towards me. Not a fear bedside manner. I was pleased he wasn't going to do my surgery just because he was a little standoffish.

Dr. Bansal is incredibly rude to both his patients and his associates. I usually see him in Maysville K and the staff there is terrified of him.

Dr. Bansal performed my surgery and handled all of the follow up appointments. Any risks/benefits were discussed at any appointments.

The doctor showed zero concern for my conditional diagnosis. I asked questions abut what the diagnosis was and the reason for scheduling a laser surgery but got no response, rather he sent me a website name through his nurse.

Dr. Bansal, when I finally saw him, was very thorough and informative.

I have a very strange case because they really don't know what is going on so can't answer my questions. This is a wonderful team and he has treated everything and I'm so appreciative and grateful. Through al his testing we found I had kidney cancer. He still has not going up.

Left me with some bad news not discuss possible treatments in _____, diet, etc., or what happens next felt left out.

MD explained laser procedure and felt that option would be best for our situation.

I can say it was a good experienced.

Dr. Bansal actually was the first to suggest I have cataract surgery. I had RK in 1992, and others didn't mention surgery - I am grateful.

Your people from bottom to specialist are very good

I didn't feel the physician wanted to explain my diagnosis thoroughly. He acted like I was putting him out and taking up his time.

I do not want to answer the above question because this was my first visit. I've had a very long day waiting and waiting. I know he probably had had a long day also. I really did not have enough time with him while I got a horrible diagnosis of macular degeneration, and a shot in my eye

Dr Bansal is one fantastic doctor in my opinion! His kindness, respect and wealth of medical knowledge is one of a kind! This man gave me my vision back and I'm forever grateful to him and Dr John Conklin!!

Dr was in my estimation too abrupt and not clear when asking me which direction to look in his exam. A bit disconcerting.

Never informed me as to what medican he was using

It would be nice that given a new diagnosis if the doctor would have a pamphlet of information on what is going on with me. I felt he was confidence and knows what he is doing, but he seemed like he was rushed and in a hurry and I had more questions then I would ask because his answers were quick and short, and it seemed like he did either did not relish the idea of explaining the situation or that he was in a hurry. So, in this case, if he would have handed me a brochure with maybe a website with links for more information, that would have helped me. Instead I've been looking online myself, and I thought doctors didn't like that, but where else am I going to get answers on this diagnosis? I feel comfortable seeing him again and realize he is very busy.

Incredibly thorough

My wait was extremely long, but my physician was very nice and seemed very smart. I have to admit I walked away unsure if he was a brilliant physician or way off base, as I have had vision loss in one eye since 2nd grade and have been seen annually by many providers for 30 years and he is the first to suggest that my vision loss may be repairable. I'm still unsure what to think of that.

Very professional team

Refused my request to clean. Proclaimed I had played a game rather than showing concern. Dismissed any further testing and remarked the eye problem is due to being overweight. My weight was not taken at the appointment.

Everyone was really nice and helpful.
