Her demeanor was calm and unflustered but she spoke so softly that she was hard to hear. She gave us conflicting information from what we have been told by Dr. Kim but also gave us additional information that we had not been given by Dr. Kim. Two things we were told caught us off guard. One thing was that Dr.Kim hasn't performed as many of the procedures I am scheduled for as we were led to believe. The other thing was that a procedure will be completed prior to my surgery to see if there is any sign of cancer present other than in my pancreas. If this is the case, the surgery will not proceed!! This left us feeling defeated and so apprehensive.

She explained things and talked about what had been done and said someone would call the next day with follow-up details. And they did.

Never rushed - felt like she would have stayed all afternoon if needed.

Tamara is great.
