      Once I finally saw here the care about my diabetes was properly addressed. When asked why it took an hour before she saw me, her response wasI'm sorry but I am running behind. If she knew this,WHY didn't she have someone come out to the waiting area and advise me of this extensive delay and offer to reschedule? I told her she was very unprofessional in this regard.
