Dr. Ormond listens to every question and concern we have avidly and provides excellent feedback and answers to questions and concerns. Makes sure we understand what she's telling us and she is very easy to talk to.

Dr Orman never rushes, provides clear and meaningful information, and has a way about her that makes me very confident she is addressing my hearing needs.

Persis is an excellent audiologist. Answered all my questions and very helpful in helping me get the most out of my hearing aids. Pleasant to work with.

I answered based on the doctor's interaction, but the beginning of the survey specified Ormond Persis who was the person who administered the hearing test. I would also rate her care and concern, her explanation, and my likelihood of recommending her services as very good. She didn't offer a diagnosis or treatment options, but I didn't expect her to do that since we were waiting for the doctor to go over the results.
