She offered a steroid injection that eased the pain. It should be offered to all. The shot did not hurt. She was fast with the injection.

Melanie listened to my concerns and explained what I was experiencing. She removed 18 staples without hurting me. She's a very caring professional PA. Highly recommend her.

I expressed concern about the level of pain in my knee and was concerned about a displacement of the implant. She originally did not think that an X-ray was necessary, but clearly listened to my concerns because she then said that she would order one. To me, this demonstrated that she was exercising good clinical judgment by listening to the patient's symptoms.

She also apologized for the delay.

Angel was the radiologist. She was professional and cordial. The PA went over options with me and I felt very encouraged about the future.

I told NP about a concern and she shrugged it off, instead of addressing it to help provide a way to help

She was nice, but sort of seemed like she didn't really want to be there. Also, ended up hurting me when removing one of the stitch and seemed to show no regard for it. It felt like some of the pain I experienced, while having my stitches removed was avoidable, if she had shown a little more care. She seemed jaded with doing this task. You're literally pulling on people's skin from the inside; care should be shown to try to avoid causing pain. I've had stitches removed many times from surgeries, this was the worst experience I've ever had, having this procedure done.

They answered questions and showed concern pleased with their care

Overall demeanor of the PA was awful. Rude and didn't make eye contact. Did not express any concern/ empathy for concerns I had. When expressing a concern, she told me they didn't have options to help me. As a healthcare worker, I know that isn't true.
