    Very impatient with my two year old. Spent 15 in the whole appointment She couldn't tell me anything other than she didn't get enough information to give a decision on her hearing and said we needed to do sedation. I was very disappointed with the lack of effort given by both Dr and nurse to work with a 2 year old.

      Provider didn't intervene as the MA showed frustration and aggression towards patient. I questioned why the test was finished. I was told they got some high and low sounds, so didn't think he need any Intervention. I voiced concern regarding results. He has a speech delay and sensory processing Issues. I feel the test could've been more thorough. He was given approximately 7 minutes to understand the instructions, get used to the headphones and new environment.
