    Dr. Booth hadn't reviewed the chart and was not aware of an elevated potassium result related to a medication I was talking until I brought it to his attention.

      I had both a provider (Dr. Gurley) a a nurse (Heather Oaks) that worked with me. I like that I was given a name AND number (Lexi) to call, if needed, post-visit. I do wish someone had checked the results of the test I was given that day before I left.

      I appreciate very much the doctor's concern and efforts to improve my state of health. I sensed some fatigue - actual or frustration with my old and tired questions. This is an observation, not a criticism (with a smile).

      Showed interest and explained my medical condition. Got me a timely appointment for what I needed at UK and connected me with heart and lung doctors to set up a very serious surgery I needed at Cleveland Clinic. Both hospitals and medical teams were wonderful.
