    Understandable for sure but I felt that she doubted the reasons I stated for my confusion about the urine test on proteins and the battery of recent tests. She concluded with a clear general timeline to expect with regard to answers on the urine test number 2

    She did not have answers to my questions. She asked me what premeds I wanted for infusion, this was confusing. I count on my providers for these decisions. I've never been to medical school.

      Ms. Waggoner was kind and empathetic, after she received the results of my blood work she called me with the results and diagnosis. This was two days after the blood work.

      Hailey Waggoner was fantastic! She was very professional and had diagrams to show and explain everything to my husband and me. She answered any questions we had and spent a lot of time with us. We did not feel rushed or have any feeling that she was in a hurry to get to the next patient. We were very impressed!
