    The provider told the check out person to send me to a different provider for my next appointment, but did not discuss it with me at all. I had to ask the checkout person why. It shouldn't be up to her to tell that to a patient

      Although the provider did a good job at demonstrating empathy and engaging the patient in collaborative decision making; the plan was contingent on her looking into possible meds for the patient to consider before moving to the ablation procedure. The patient is still awaiting the provider's response regarding possible meds.
