Provider was empathetic, and answered questions, but didn't give much explanation about why she was recommending a fertility treatment as our next step.

She wrote all my problems down so nothing would be left out. Having issues for over 1 yr. focusing on last 6 months to start. Very professional.

After 6 years, I saw Donna to have my IUD removed. She was so thorough explaining risks, benefits, next steps, and what to watch for if we decide to get pregnant again.
