Scarlett received her Master of Physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1997. She later earned her Doctorate of Physical therapy from UK in 2011. While working with her patients, she noted the benefits of using Pilates in the rehab of her patients. She obtained her certification through the renowned STOTT Pilates brand for matwork and reformer. She has also obtained her certification in dry needling through the Spinal Manipulation Organization. She enjoys working with orthopaedic patients and helping them maximize their functional potential.
