Personal Statement
My personal philosophy is rooted in the belief that our voice and ability to swallow are vital components of both our daily functioning and overall quality of life. I recognize the deep connection between these abilities and a person’s relationships and well-being. I approach every individual uniquely in an effort to provide the best, evidence-based care and to help them achieve their specific goals for therapy.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and staying active. I also enjoy drawing and painting, as I minored in studio art at UK.
