David “Jake” Jacobs is an athletic trainer certified through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. He is contracted through UK Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine to work with Bryan Station High School in Lexington. Jake has been working with Bryan Station athletes since 1990.

Originally from Cambridge, Ohio, Jacobs received his Bachelor of Science in sports medicine and secondary education from Wilmington College in Ohio and a Master of Arts in health education from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond. Jake spends his free time with his wife and their two Old English sheepdogs.
