Meet Khay Douangdara, a divisional charge nurse for emergency services at UK HealthCare. Douangdara treats patients who are extremely sick or injured, so he strives to connect with them and to make a difference in their lives. One of Douangdara's goals as a nurse is to foster a sense of welcome and community for all his patients, especially during emergency situations.
